Abstract
This paper reports development of high precision winding machine for toroidal coil. New winding mechanism was proposed. This mechanism makes continuous winding for toroidal core and its automation possible. Kink prevention equipment is designed to avoid kinks while winding process. Then high precision winding machine was realized by these improvements. This mechanism gives ability of tension control for this winding machine. That is required for small size core winding and/or very thin wire widing.
