Abstract
The indoor swimming pool we designed spans a maximum of 57- meters and is supported by structure pre-cast pre-stressed concrete and has a beam string structure (BSS) roof. Base isolation combining laminated lubber and hysteretic dampers lies on the connection between the BSS support and a lower structure. Vibration response against seismic and thrust caused by thermal stress and snow load.
