Abstract
The micro robot technology has the great potential benefit because they can provide very precise operation with the resolution of sub micro to nano meter easily. Recently it is increased that the demand for fine manipulation in the bio cell and sometime it should be done automatically. This paper describes the piezo based micro robots system which can provide the automatic insemination and incubation processes. These small robots with several range sensors can communicate and navigate themselves with the simple control sequences. And the experimental results show that the male and the female robots succeeded in make accurate navigation, insemination and incubation by using fish egg.
