Abstract
At short time, i.e. three hundred and several tens hours after the 3.11 earthquake, a report on the nuclear accident of Fukushima #1 NPS was described. It is composed of “brief observation about the accident,” “accident chronology” and “a message.” The report is published here. An essential point exists in “short time.” The author of this report is former chairman of Japan Atomic Energy Commission, and now he is a representative director of NPO Nuclear Salon Fuji-ie (NSF). This is one of the documents of NSF’s activities.
