We present and generalize some ideas studied previously in . We express objectives by natural language and use L-sets, binary relations, and topologies to model this knowledge. We define topological similarity M-relation between L-sets and apply multiple criteria decision making methods when selecting alternatives. As an application, we present the process of selecting a member for a project team.
