Abstract
Development of information and technology and the Internet has provided a variety of expanded connections between manufacturers and consumers. Enabling customers to directly transfer voice to manufacturers, Research on how manufacturers respond to customer needs, however, remains inadequate. We present, a method in which the optimal supplier is chosen based on customer needs from the buyer’s viewpoint. We also designed a way to evaluate and choose the optimal supplier based on consumer requirements by analyzing customer needs and evaluated data.
