Similarity Relations in Diagnosis Fuzzy Systems

This paper deals with the use of similarity relations and coefficients in fuzzy logic. Fundamental similarity relations and their use for three possible applications in diagnosis systems are described. They are shown on an example of a system for failure detection of rolling-mill transmissions.
