Abstract
Authors propose a new concept of a group robotic system, which decides motion based on mass psychology. Mass psychology deal with the behavior of a crowd of organisms, focusing on the effect of emotion on the behavior of a group of organisms. In a group of organisms, emotion has an effect on motion and telecommunication between them. We apply this principle of behavior based on emotion to a group robotic system and propose an algorithm to control it using this theory. Simulation shows the effect of algorithms using emotion.
