Abstract
This paper proposes a wearable system based on action and speech sharing concept, keeping in mind information support to humans through accumulation and display of human behavior. Specifically, it proposes a system in which action in our daily life serves both purposes of doing the action itself and inputting data into a computer. Similarly, daily speech meets the purposes of the speech itself and at the same time serves as the means of inputting data into the computer. The paper took up support to nurse's record preparation in nursing as an application example of the system, built a prototype system, and verified the performance of the system.
