Abstract
In the precision milling process the characteristics of the machined surface for each tool get transcribed to the resin molded article. We have finished the workpiece to a mirror surface using two types of machining materials and five different tools, molded it in acrylic resin, and compared the surfaces of the mold workpiece and the resin molded article on surface roughness values and surface condition, we could observe transcription at nano-level.
