Abstract
The effects of inertia on production facilities due to working-tool mass and gravity must be minimized for microprocessing. Compact production facilities are expected to effectively solve this problem. Examples of effective facilities include in-house desktop production platforms and high-performance factories consisting of compact production equipment.
