Project Learning as a Means for Education of Transdisciplinary Talents

I will describe the concept of “Project Learning,” conducted at Future University Hakodate, in the light of education of transdisciplinary talents. I will first discuss transdisciplinarity and try to establish its methodology using a FNS diagram, which we developed as a tool to model the activities of synthesis. I will then introduce our education through Project Learning and its future plan. The key issue is the application of information technology to design new societal systems.
