This document analyses Japanese society after the Great East Japan Earthquake from two points of view. First, the author investigates the historical disasters, and analyses the social changes happened after the disaster with the multi-layer moral conflict model and the alt. elite model. Then, the results of the questionnaire survey carried out June, 2012 are discussed.
