The aim of this paper is to make clear important points of disaster volunteer from experience of volunteer activity after East Japan Great Earthquake 2011. After the earthquake, young researchers in Japan Society of Information Society (JSIS) made a volunteer team to support a suffered local town in Tohoku area. As a member of this team, I report and analyze our volunteer activity. With other actors, we make horizontal relationship which fits well for information society. From this experience, I draw important instruction for disaster volunteer activity in general.
