Abstract
Using the Importance of Features, we present an implementation of the knowledge system that realized the diagnosis of medical diseases using case-based reasoning. The methodology of this system uses the importance of features. In our method, the feature is a symptom. The symptom represents the different important degree vis-a-vis each type of disease. In one disease, different symptoms have different important degrees. The system consists of cases as Knowledge for Diagnosis of Lung pathologies according to Vietnamese Traditional Medicine. We developed this system in Visual C++, using Microsoft Access data-base engine and it runs under Windows 9X.
